I scheduled an appointment hoping to get an IUD and ended up being told I needed two ultrasounds, a blood test, and potential surgery to remove an ovarian cyst. That surgery did not end up happening because it turned out they had misread the scan (not very encouraging...), but then they said I needed an endometrial biopsy which was a very invasive and traumatic (and, I have since learned, unnecessary) procedure for which I was not given any substantive sedation or pain relief (I was also not taken seriously when I said that ... read more
Showed me the wrong patients images and pathology report. Was told I’d get an updated report and never got one. They ghosted me after insurance paid them.
Would not recommend unless you want to waste your own time. Office staff incredibly rude and cancelled my appointment that was set for 11:30a when I was 4 mins away at 11:24a all because of paperwork when I have limited health history. That expect it will take you 20 mins to fill out paperwork even if you’ve filled out the same information online prior to the appointment.
This has to be one of the best clinics I have been to. The staff were super helpful, very professional, and nice. Brooke O'Neill, PA, was amazing, answered all my questions, and was very happy to help. This was a visit for surrogacy and was one of the only clinics willing to help without problems. I will continue coming here for care.
