This was hands down the worst dr experience I’ve ever had. She showed me another patient’s imagery and pathology report after surgery and insisted I’d receive an updated pathology report because my original one was allegedly incorrect (it said I didn’t have any findings of endo, but she’s claiming I actually had I’d). She told me she uploaded it in the patient portal and that’s not true, it’s still the original one. Also, I never got a copy of my surgical images or operative report. I was very disappointed with my experience with this surgeon and ultimately decided to transfer my endometriosis care elsewhere. I had previously contacted the office and specifically communicated that I wanted to discuss an IUD at my upcoming appointment. I was told that I would be able to address this at today's visit. I also sent my ultrasound images to the surgeon ahead of time so that he would have the relevant information available. Everyone at SDWH is amazing and easy to work with. Dr. Kurtulus gave me my life back. He removed all of my endometriosis and which got rid of my debilitating pelvic pain, giving me my life back. His surgical skills are incredible and I only have four tiny incisions. Thank you Dr. Kurtulus, Dr. Mullin, Bethany, Hilda, and all of the MA's!
I was actively looking to find a new practice when my Ob/Gyn retired. I could not have imagined finding a more comforting, professional and compassionate team with the amazing Dr. Kelly and her superb staff. From the moment I booked my first appointment, I realized I had stumbled on a gold mine. Dr. Kelly and her team lead with patience, kindness and the utmost professionalism.
