Dr. Mel is amazing! I went to him because after having only partial excision surgery in 2023 when I was with Kaiser, I suspected endometriosis was back. I had my surgery 3 weeks ago and Dr. Mel got everything- all the lesions and adhesions! He is a phenomenal surgeon. He truly cares about preserving your fertility which was very important for me. Dr Kurtulus is condescending, disagreeable, pompous, and stated that my wife must be “confused” at least 2 times in a 15 minute discussion

I called the office 5 separate times on 2 separate days to make an appointment and no one answered any of my calls. I received an email to schedule an appointment hours after I left a voicemail. I found this incredibly impersonal and unhelpful. When I asked someone to call, they did, and said they are short staffed so everyone has to leave a voice message. This is no way to handle patient care.
