I had a horrible experience and treated with no empathy. My fiance was there with me and witnessed it all too and was shocked at how they treated me and handled it all. They were running very late as my appointment was scheduled for 1 and they prepped me and left me sitting there for about 30 minutes till 1:45. The specialist came in quickly and everything was being rushed, I didn’t get to talk to her past a greeting. Did the lidocaine shots which hurt a lot and made me cry a bit.
