I have been having delivery issues for weeks with my local, San Diego Union-Tribune. When I call Customer Service, I'm transferred to a call center in the Philippines! After six calls over three weeks with NO improvement in delivery, I called the local number. My call was answered by an answering service located in Connecticut! I came to cali for vacation, the hotel left the paper at our door, as soon as I read the front page I could see your biased against Republicans.its pretty obvious. you've dissuaded your readers for a long time. But it's ok, nobody's is a republican anymore, I just wanted to make sure your readers know what it looks like from the outside.

I've been unhappy with your paper for some time. But now you've raised your rate by $30 plus a month? Talk about price gouging. Most of your paper is trash I throw away so no I'm not going to get your paper anymore. I'd be willing to bet that most of your customers for the "dead tree" version are senior citizens like myself, who are on social security and will not be able to afford this kind of increase.

The union Tribune does not care about it customers. I have had delivery issues for years and call almost every weekend about my paper being late. Sometimes I have to call them two or three times before my paper is finally delivered over 4 hours late!! WOW! They could care less about their residential customers, cause down the block at the 7-11 there are plenty of copies, just not at anyone's house in our neighborhood.
