San Diego Softwash treated my roof with their cleaning process and everything was amazing, easy to work with. No broken tiles, color is still looks good, the roof is covered under their 5 year spot free warranty and they cleaned the windows and screens for free. San Diego Softwash is a awesome company! My insurance company required the moss be removed from my roof before they would renew my policy. SD Softwash employees showed up with a great attitude and did the job without stepping on the roof tiles and being respectful of my solar panels. The after pics were sent to my insurance company and they were satisfied. SD Softwash also cleans your windows and screens after washing. They did a great job and I give them two thumbs way, way up.
