Cldn't cls my hood & jamed it off trck;took 2 long & 2 mny people 2 fix thn didn't start;nvr smogged I have an old car & the rear was too long to get the car on the smog tester? They didn't know by looking at the car so I didn't find out until I came back an hour later & my car wasn't smogged.
