I called because I need some paperwork given to somebody. The person that answered the phone was so rude. I didn’t even talk to him. I said never mind. I’ll call somebody else. They it sounded like robots and was cutting in and out, and I couldn’t even hear the person so I didn’t hear them say hello and then they A very sarcastic and rude hello. Would not recommend first company I called two and it’s right next to where the papers need to go would’ve been a super easy job.
Gemma was great to work with. She was very responsive and helped me throughout my case. She answered all my questions and gave me helpful advice when my situation changed. I really appreciate her time, honesty, and willingness to help. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable process server.
