The fee of $322.10 is absolutely outrageous for a ten minute calibration call of one pet scale, that didn't even need any calibration. I spoke to Vin the office manager and he said that " this is the cost they HAVE to charge to make money". The field technician Kenny was great but I can't recommend this company at all. I could buy a new scale every few years and it would be cheaper than using this service. Buyer beware they will justify ripping you off!
Supposed to be free shipping. Scale cost $760.00 their shipping cost $740.00.Their free shipping ad is very deceiving. Very very unhappy customer. Ship it with out any customer preference and then send a huge bill.
Awesome place for scale repair. Very friendly people who go beyond the normal service. Very fast turnaround time. Techs are great and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable for normal annual inspection.
