I used to work in the restaurant industry for years so I have a very good feeling about buying a Hoshizaki ice machine when I opened my own business. Unfortunately, I was wrong about it. After I have used the brand-new Hoshizaki machine for 9 months, the censer did not cutoff machine automatically when ice hit the required level. Scheduled a deep cleaning for our operations Ice Machine with SDR and was amazed of how fast and organized the Tech Daniel G. Is. He cleaned the machine inside and out and also showed our team what was causing water overflow under the machine. 10/10
Just began working with SDR on a preventative maintenance contract for the restaurant I own. Their quote came in lower than several other companies and they also did a bunch of work leading up to the execution of our contract which saved money on our energy bill. On the first day of maintenance I knew I made a good decision. They were here for so many hours being super thorough and cleaning our equipment far beyond my expectations. Highly recommend using this company for any refrigeration needs!!!!
Every experience I've had with San Diego Refrigeration has been a positive one. I have used them for everything from Ice makers to maintenance. Very positive from first contact with Rosie to the hard work and craftsmanship from the multiple techs I've met like Cody and Aaron. Definitely my go to for any of our needs.
