I called to get an estimate for a Nonprofit Veterans organization. I wanted an evaporative unit removed. To allow some work to be done in the lid of a walk-in cooler. They came back with a price quote over 5K. I called them back & asked if this was the best they could offer for a Nonprofit Veterans organization. Yes, that's the best we can do! I used to work in the restaurant industry for years so I have a very good feeling about buying a Hoshizaki ice machine when I opened my own business. Unfortunately, I was wrong about it. After I have used the brand-new Hoshizaki machine for 9 months, the censer did not cutoff machine automatically when ice hit the required level.
