After providing a mold for a new retainer, I was told it would take this lab 2 weeks to complete. When I arrived at my orthodontist today, they explained to me the lab today, the day I was scheduled, they needed a new mold. If your dentist or ortho office uses this business I would highly recommend checking before you need a new retainer.
