I’ve had two platelet rich plasma injections that offered moderate relief. Administratively, your clinic dropped the ball on two occasions. The first situation occurred following my initial consultation. Dr. Evangelista advised me to wait in the exam room and his nurse would schedule my next appointment. I've been a patient of Dr. Evangelista's for many years. I've had extensive pain in my ribs, lower back, and hips. There were times that I felt as if I'd never be active again. Highly, highly recommend Dr. Rogers! I had severe pain in one of my shoulders for many months and kept being referred to Orthopedic surgeons for shoulder replacement surgery. Not wanting surgery, I spent hours online looking for alternatives. Excellent experience. I am afraid of needles and the staff at SDOMG were very kind and accommodating. They treated me with a platelet lysate injection for De Quervain's Tenosynovitis. Pain subsided about 40% the first week, and to about 85-90% by week 10. Still good and exercising at week 24.
