After 2 years long issues with my right foot I met Dr. Ben Cullen DPM from San Diego Pediatry Group. He was recomended to me by Dr. Caesar Anderson, MD, MPH who helped me with right foot infection. (Excellent wound center). At that point I already have been seen by: Emergency room 2 other Podiatrists 2 MDs 2 PAs 3 Nurses Possibility of my toe amputation was discussed and I was very stressed out. I’ve had two platelet rich plasma injections that offered moderate relief. Administratively, your clinic dropped the ball on two occasions. The first situation occurred following my initial consultation. Dr. Evangelista advised me to wait in the exam room and his nurse would schedule my next appointment. I've been a patient of Dr. Evangelista's for many years. I've had extensive pain in my ribs, lower back, and hips. There were times that I felt as if I'd never be active again.
