Wow! What a difference Karen has made in my life. FINALLY! Relief from years of stomach pain which I thought was either stress related or due to issues with Gluten, Dairy or friend foods. After sharing with Karen my history of stomach pain and distress (including insane bloating at times), she recommended I take the ALCAT test. Karen gave a great presentation at our Rancho Santa Fe Business and Professional Women's meeting today. I thought I was pretty savvy about nutrition; however, I was not aware of so many issues she addressed.
