Definitely the most horrible experience I have ever had. I first called in and the lady was extremely rude. I thought maybe it was because she couldn't understand me correctly, but no. I went in person and she was just as rude. Her name is Kim. She rushed through my nails and basically shewed me off. My nail has air bubbles because she failed to ask me in the beginning if I would like the gel or not. Mid-mani, a girl left too. Guess I should've just left with her. So word of advice, this place isn't even worth a one star.
I have been using this facility for quite awhile but my last 2 visits have been unpleasant. My manicures have resulted in cuts on 1 finger before but today I had 3 fingers bleeding when I left. Doubt if I will return to this business.
