Mark and Zach epitomize the phrase 'Customer Service'. Purchasing my 2018 Ducati Scrambler from San Diego Motorcycle Exchange was an awesome experience. They went out of their way to accommodate me at every step of the buying process and even gave me a great deal! Not only did Zach tie down my bike on my trailer, he also taught me some great tricks for trailering in the future. Next time I'm in the market for a bike, I'll definitely give Mark a call.
I bought a 2018 Street Triple R lightly used with about 1k miles. Basically a brand new bike, and the price was even better! Once I went in to see the bike, I mentioned I wouldn’t be able to get the bike home since I didn’t have anyone to drive my car home. So they towed the bike about 70 miles free of charge that same day once all the paper work was done.
Awesome experience. Really helpful with all the questions I had and told me everything that I needed to know about the bike. Also gave a really good deal on the bike and helped ship the bike for me. All around great experience and I’ll probably be coming back to buy another bike in the future.
