Room was decent but not worth the price or service. When my wife and I arrived, our toilet seat had urine all over it like a public urinal lol. I had to call the front desk and house keeping 3 times to get someone to clean the toilet, but finally walked to the front desk to ask for a manager. The employee was standing next to her supervisor (who completely ignored me). It took so long for them to come and clean it (>2 hours) we literally had to leave the resort to go find a bathroom. Rooms were out dated, location was okay obviously everything is in mission bay and easy access. Pool was supposed to be heated didn’t feel like it and 1 jacuzzi broke other one half drained. Not worth it for me.

Loved my stay here. My room had an electrical issue and the staff provided a solution immediately. My room had the lake view. The food served by catering not sure if made by the hotel, it was a 5/10. Besides that, everything was amazing. The amenities were great, from the jacuzzi, the courtyard, live music. Loved!

Our family absolutely loved this resort! There’s so much to do without ever having to leave, from pickleball, paddleboarding and bike rides along the bay to delicious food and live music at night. The kids had a blast at the pool and movie night, while we enjoyed some much-needed relaxation by the water. The property is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the atmosphere is so peaceful. It’s become one of our favorite places in San Diego!
