We had to switch rooms twice during our stay. Even though we booked two queen beds, we ended up in a room with one king bed and had to request a rollaway. Thankfully, we weren’t charged for it due to the inconvenience—though they normally charge per day for a rollaway bed, which feels excessive. The room was outdated, and the food wasn’t good. I’m a San Diego local and wanted to find a great spa pedicure close to the water in San Diego. I had the most excellent experience at Spa Brezza at San Diego Mission Bay Resort. The spa manager Cecelia was so welcoming and the manicurist Vicky gave my sister and I the BEST spa pedicure service we’ve ever had! She was gentle and sweet and the massage was the best ever! Quick edit in case it wasnt clear. We didnt enjoy the pool at all during 5 night stay. The morning we left it was warm but we left at 8am and couldn't go in. Dont plan to return because of this disappointment. Hopefully, others are more lucky. Original post below: Low rating is for the pool as it was the #1 amenity we wanted. Very disappointing hotel. Lots of homeless people around which doesn’t make us feel safe. The room itself is awful, see pictures attached, the room is not clean, very old building. The pictures on their website is very deceiving. Save your money and go somewhere else.
