Best Service ever! I came in after finding out the place I originally bought a mattress set had delayed my order and I needed a mattress that night. Ricky the sales guy promised I would have a mattress set to sleep on that night I cancelled my order from SleepTrain and went ahead on ricky's promise at San Diego Mattress Man sure enough 45 mins after I left the store the delivery guys were at my door with my new mattress!

I came into this store clueless about mattresses. Thankfully Rick helped me find the best mattress I could afford on my college student budget of $600. Rick not only did he meet my budget but he also had it delivered free of charge that same day. Awesome service from the drivers as well I never thought it would be this easy thank you San Diego Mattress Man!

Never buy from here. I bought a Mattress and a Frame and unfortunately the mattress is hurting my back. I called them to see if there is something they can do about it BUT they refused to help me. Not even the store and the warehouse. I did not want to change the mattress because I did not like it I wanted to exchange it or have another option because IT IS HURTING my back

If you value customer service from ethical people.... DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE. Honestly the worst shopping experience I had. EVER. Too hot for words right now, but if you enjoy being talked down to and treated like an idiot (from the owner none the less), then please. Take a visit and lay on one of their dirty showroom mattresses.

Avoid the stores with the jingle – I needed a mattress and I have hear the sleep train commercials for a long time. After shopping there I visited Sleep Centers and found a very similar mattress for 200.00 less. I was told that all the mattress stores have different labels? Hell why does Sealy do that? Anyhow after spending 30 minutes here I felt a level of trust I felt good about. I was delivered the next day a good mattress. I recommend you to this place.
