This company is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I requested an ADA accommodation for one of five metrics that were newly given to me to meet and not in my job description. HR Consulting's response was to shift me to part-time work even though I did not request this specific accommodation and could meet the other metrics and perform the other duties of my job.
