I had a great experience with Dr. Steph and her assistant Deanne. I had two appointments where they removed and replaced fillings, along with removing two wisdom teeth, and they made the whole process much easier than I expected. The office was always very clean, organized, and welcoming. Everyone on staff was friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. The welcoming staff @ Ana Cluff & Associates made me feel comfortable during my first visit with Dr. Stephanie Cluff. My second visit with Dr. Ana Cluff was also handled professionally & she took time to explain her findings and make recommendations to help me with my facial pain. The imaging scans were very clear & will be available for me to take to the other doctors involved with my care.
I can’t even begin to tell you what an incredible team of dentists they have here. I am someone who once suffered from deep dental trauma from childhood, as soon as I found Dr. Cluff that began to heal. I’ve never felt more cared for than I have here. They are so honest and made me feel very safe. My most recent experience was with Dr. Stephanie. Absolutely wonderful. I came to them years ago with terrible anxiety surrounding dental procedures, and equally bad teeth. They were honest about the work needed, but also so kind and patient. I no longer fear the dentist, nor do I feel judged for my teeth. They offer pillows and blankets for comfort, payment plans, and even work after 5pm on Tuesdays for those who can't miss work.
