It has been years since I was seen by a dentist due my previous dentist's retirement and lack of insurance. I had 2 top bridges in the back years ago but they fell out, but due to life circumstances didn't have the means to look for a new dentist. Finding Dr. Diana was like finding a rare gem. My history with dentist and the damage the Navy did I was really fearful and embarrassed but Dr. D and her team put my nerves at ease. The front office staff and the services they offer have been very beneficial to me because insurance only covers so much. If you’re looking for a new dentist definitely check this place out.
The office environment is welcoming and clean. Staff members were friendly during my visit. Treatment Plan Concerns: I have PPO dental insurance that covers 80% of restorative work, and this office is in-network. However, I was uncomfortable with several aspects of my treatment plan: They insisted on using a desensitizer (Gluma) for my filling. Claimed they couldn't do the filling without this extra service. Being a huge dental phobe, I am so happy to have found this practice!! Everyone there goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome!! They listened to my fears and never once made me feel bad or silly for being afraid. They prescribed Valium and used nitrous and numbing gel before administering the novocain. I am over the moon happy with my experience and no longer fear going to the dentist!! I am breaking in my new dentures and couldn’t be happier!
Dr. Clough practice is the best! They are caring, give options, and understand.
