This company is a joke! First, the tech that was sent to the property broke his key off in the entry gate, didn't say a word. When the job was finished one of our tenants called me and told they couldn't open the door. I called a locksmith to go out and remove the key. This guy not only broke his key but he left the key chain with his company's logo inside the keyhole. I contacted the office manager, Yesenia, and advised her of this invoice.
