This company was exceptional. They responded quickly to our flood. They kept us informed not only about what needed to be done but about the timing. Tom was very responsible and open. He was trustworthy. They completed the flood mitigation and repairs in a surprising short time. All of my friends were surprised how quickly the work was completed. I highly recommend this company.

This contractor called our company to do some subcontract work for him. Because of errors on our side and a very challenging logistics day, we canceled the appointment one and a half hours before the scheduled time. As a result, this contractor posted a negative review on our page. This is very unprofessional behavior and shows poor judgment in hurting the reputation of a fellow contractor.
