Tom and team did a fantastic job in fixing a water leak induced damage under sink. They fixed the plumbing, dehumidify dry walls and replaced base of cabinet. Left the place neat and clean.

We were visiting from out of town and our son’s house needed some plumbing issues fixed. We called STFR and made an appointment. They were going to be a little late and they called to tell us they were running late and were on the way. They arrived began work and found the problem and fixed the problem. When it rains it pours! I went several years in property management without needing a remediation company and now I have needed one 3 times in the last 3 months! Tom and SDFR have been amazing. They advocated for my clients with the insurance companies and maximized their recovery.
