I think they have a policy to educate their patients about tooth care while under their care. While waiting for the Dr to come in, the staff provided some kind of very brief but very informative lecture on what happen to your teeth if not taken care of with matching visual aid. I like that. They have friendly staff who are willing to answer your questions. They are professionals.
A must go to check up everything was new to me there to all the people that hasn’t checked up with your teeth PLEASE GO!!!! Very nice people from the front to back🫡🫡💯💯 The lady did all my x ray she was really funny good vibes I tell💯😎 2nd lady did her job well and I was really impressed by her clean up god bless you all in that office building ILL SEE YOU SOON SAN DIEGO FAMILY DENTISTRY INC!!!!!!!
Service is okay. The real issue is the wait. I've sent some friends here, and they always complain about the wait times. Last time I was there I waited for an hour before leaving. I've even had them call me, tell me there's an earlier opening, just to wait till after my previously scheduled appointment time.
