We had the best experience imaginable. Dr. Tom and the entire staff provided exceptional care and treated my wife with incredible professionalism, patience, and kindness. My wife suffers from severe anxiety, but they truly understood her needs and worked around them to make the entire experience as smooth and comforting as possible. This review is for the dental clinic. Top notch! Tina, who cleaned my teeth, the lady who gave me the check up, and all the ladies in reception are amazing. The men there are pretty great as well. They're all very personable, and you can tell they love what they do! The only problem I had was the tech who was going to fill a cavity did not numb me up enough on the right side. Kelly the dental hygienist who worked with me did a fantastic job - she promised they would be able to get to half of my teeth during my visit, then overdelivered and finished a full deep Clean saving me an extremely a visit. She also gave me a ton of excellent advice for flossing hacks, toothbrush choices and general dental hygiene. Venus, in the dental department in the front desk, helped me out on rescheduling with a new Dr. She had great customer service. Since my appointment with my original Dr was horrible. I really appreciate her for helping me out, and even thou they were booked , she scheduled me for the next day since there was a cancelation. Thank you, Venus, I really appreciate it. 💛
