Top notch organization and resource for employers. I have been a member via my business for 10 years. Jennifer and Molly are awesome. Always honest, helpful and resourceful. Their annual employment law update is my go-to to get updates on nee CA laws. I have used them for trainings and mock audits. I highly recommend them. Been around for over 100 years.
I have been so happy with having SDEA as an HR partner for our small business. They are a quick phone call away to help advise on important HR rules or any gray areas that come up on a daily basis in dealing with employees, terminations, performance reviews, leave requests, handbook updates, time off policies, etc. I feel much more equipped having Jen, Molly and the whole SDEA team by my side as an extension of our team at SSA.
