Had an outstanding experience with San Diego Elevator & Lifts. Chris recently serviced our in-unit elevator, and was able to identify the root cause of an issue we were seeing intermittently, and resolved it. Chris was courteous, thorough, and very professional. This was our first experience with San Diego Elevator & Lifts and based on this experience we will definitely use this service again.
Person answering was rude and made no attempt to help. Asked for suggestion on a battery for an elevator....said they dont do batteries in elevators and don't know anything about residential elevators.
I am the President of my homeowners association and our property includes 2 buildings that each have a 4 story elevator. Im writing this review for my dad sincehe isn’t computer savvy. My dad referred San Diego Elevator to his friend who owns a commercial building in Bonita, Ca. The elevator was old, like my dad.
