Great service great guys
It is a good place to get electric supplies at
Cool, old-school electrical shop. Popped in today, needing to make a quick test clamp for an automotive issue I'm troubleshooting. I didn't catch the gentleman's name that helped me, but he was able to find exactly what I was looking for in no time. Price was cheaper than if I had bought some ready-made chinesium set from an auto parts store or a Harbor Freight. Will certain be back the next time I need something.
The customer service here is unmatched. I called in looking for a specific replacement part. Immediately was asked to send a picture via text. Gene was the employee, he waited for the text to come thru and after a quick hold I was told it wasn't on the shelf. I assumed that would be the end and my search went elsewhere.. BUT.. the next day I received a call from Gene.. he had the part, he sent me pictures and gave me an incredible price. This is unheard of in this industry.
