Terrible place, online pictures are not of all rooms. Policy to not refund once the room is visited is unacceptable! Paid $800 for two nights, asked for newer room, they didn’t have one... asked for refund for second night, they checked us out of the room and said the manager would call ... manager did not call. Next day they said they would not refund. Expected better � very disappointing and shady business practices. With so many to choose from DO NOT stay here!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! THE STAFF WILL KEEP YOUR $75 SECURITY DEPOSIT AND WON'T RETURN IT! This place will ask for a security deposit on a card and say that it will be returned in an hour to 1 day, THAT IS A LIE!!! They will ignore your calls and will put the blame on your bank. They are thieves who steal from the people of San Diego. The staff manager will hang up on you if you contact them about the refund!!! Save your money for a BETTER EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM!
Worst hotel ever ridiculously priced for what it is. It's so small literally ever one will be rubbing ass.Its so small there were no toiletries when we got there.worst experience ever thank god we only stayed one night. �
This place is a joke. Espically for the amount of money they ask a night. It's disgusting. The photos from the internet were nothing like the "actual" property. If you like stained bedsheets, moldy shower curtains, stepping on rusted tacks, and lights and sirens allll night long. This is your place. I would highly recommend NOT staying at this hotel. EVER!
