From the beginning to the end, he was a pleasure to work with an easy and very accommodating manner. I have to say....I was dubious that Karaoke was going to appeal to this young crowd !! Ken was so professional and communicative! He delivered, set up and picked up on time and explained how the system worked clearly, even provided back up batteries for the microphones and was such a pleasure to work with! He provides a very High quality system, and most importantly it was a huge hit! I highly recommend Ken and San Diego DJ & Karaoke!
