I’m a new patient at New Day Smile. It was my first visit there, I went in for xrays. I booked for upcoming procedures I need done. And after my first visit today, I had a great experience. The staff is really friendly, I was greeted with smiles from everyone there & the Dr. I met/ spoke with today. They explained everything I need done, answered all my questions & concerns. I always feel I get the highest quality care at New Day. The extra plus is the staff is always friendly.
Very pleasant and efficient people in the office. Always nice to talk to. Always on time for appointments. When you do go in, don't be surprised when 3 or 4 people you have worked with before stop by to say hello and actually remember your name.
I am having extensive dental work done including surgery and implants. It is costing a great deal of money but they have great financing. I spent quite a bit of time with Carmen discussing the financing. She is amazing! She is very knowledgeable. You talk with her in her private office so everybody is not hearing your financial business. Very pleasant lady that puts you at ease right away. She is perfect in a customer service occupation.
