Everyone was so nice! I couldn’t believe I put off going to the dentist for so long. No discomfort in any way, they were great at working around my fixed retainer.

We have been long time patients (Started seeing Dr Refkin and Becky since 2000) You started requiring us to pay for treatments up front even though we have great insurance. The treatment was finished and we have not seen a refund. We should not have to chase your office to get the money. I have a long list of issues and I’m not sure if I will be coming back.
