When I decided to come to New Day Smile it was because I had work done in Los Angeles and was very unhappy with the work there. I've heard nothing but great things about this office through a friend that lives in San Diego. Highly predatory establishment that relies on high volume and deceptive billing practices. Extremely unprofessional tactics to maximize insurance billing, as many appointments as possible and very poor communication. I paid extra for expedited service and was told it would be less than a week. Almost 4-5 weeks later they want to start the process all over because they can't get the impressions right. Im very happy with my new smile . Im glad I decided to get my Smile instead of new truck . Im able to join my wife at her company Xmas parties and smile . I had a great visit at the dentist recently. Everything started off on the right note—I was seen right on time, which set a positive tone for the day. The chair was comfortable, and I really appreciated that they had sunglasses on hand to help ease the brightness of the fluorescent lights. It was a thoughtful touch, although I passed on the offer.
