The doctors are very nice and seem to be good at what they do, however, nothing here is done with any sense of urgency whatsoever, and the desk staff have an apathetic attitude towards everything. They don’t send any email or text reminders for appointments, nobody will communicate clearly regarding insurance status, and when they do send bills off for reimbursement, they snail mail it like it’s 1990 instead of doing things wirelessly/electronically like any care provider in 2025 should.
