Mr Arnold is an unethical business individual. He failed to follow the terms of the 3 written contracts we had together over past few years. Not only did he install the wrong Windows throughout but he refused to correct all the problems and finish the job but he collected 100% of the contract amount and ultimately disappeared. He made decisions outside the scope of the contract we didn't discuss or approve, made several basic construction mistakes and was combative and argumentative.
