Had an issuse with the garbage disposal. Called the property management to report the issuse. Real fast they got my info and told me someone would come fix it in an hour or 2, the person pulled ** in less than an hour. Fixed the issuse real quick:)
Super unprofessional. Had an appointment to view a property. waited 30+ minutes, no one showed up. Didnt get a call or email from anyone. I had to keep calling different numbers since the office didnt know anything. Finally spoke to someone and said they cant show me the home after I had already got email confirmation and everything that I was viewing the home that day.
Very poor customer service towards tenants. The manager *************************, never answers to any type of emergency, you can never get a hold of anyone in that office when you need them.They so quickly go up on your rent demand basically when they want something from you as a tenant, I am a property manager, and the company I work for are there for any emergency at any time ,when there is an emergency , there is no respect for their tenants it is very sad that the actual landlords have no idea who they have managing th... read more
Singed a lease agreement and paid my deposit and first months rent. A week before the move in date I get an email stating I can't move in for another month due to asbestos. All I get is a, "Sorry for the inconvenience". I am literally homeless that's not an "inconvenience". The cherry on top is they draft up a new lease agreement and they are charging me for days before my new move in date. Will be seeking legal action.
I have NEVER seen a company with such poor management. A caller B from San Diego Country Property Management Co. (*****) left me 4 voice mails yesterday and the day before, but when I finally was able to call back today, I got a different rep who REFUSED to transfer me to B. The rep said the transfer was not possible including transferring to his management, and he said B was in a different department.
