I’m writing to bring to your attention the negative experience that was displayed on November 27th 2013 at the San Diego Collision Center. Jeff S. and Steve A. where very rude and unfriendly; they both do not have any customer service etiquette. While on time for my scheduled appointment, I walked in without any acknowledgement or greeting from either gentleman.
