HORRIBLE! Please be aware that they also delete everything negative on their page. They have had over 10 dozen people complain about how horrible work they do but how even worse STEVE AND JEFF are. They are rude to customers, they steal parts from cars, and they do not take responsibility for anything! I would recommend going anywhere else BUT here! You have been warned!
I’m writing to bring to your attention the negative experience that was displayed on November 27th 2013 at the San Diego Collision Center. Jeff S. and Steve A. where very rude and unfriendly; they both do not have any customer service etiquette. While on time for my scheduled appointment, I walked in without any acknowledgement or greeting from either gentleman.
