First a very honest person. I called two other carpet cleaning places. They told me that they could fix my carpet. When I called him he told me he would fix it but in 6 months it would be back again. "Honesty" what a concept. He doesn't sell carpet so he had no game to tell me anything but the truth ...And as for Melissa, the girl who cleaned the tile, oh my God. She is a Wonder woman I would use then again.. My only regret is that I did not take a picture before and after..

Great experience. Robert was timely and able to schedule quickly. The carpets came out great. In particular he addressed my pet urine stains effectively and was able to give me mitigating advice moving forward.
Robert is top notch and I would highly recommend his company for carpet cleaning! He picked up the phone on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and was at my place Tuesday AM to clean. Thanks Robert!
