Very accommodating. I thought they were very accommodating. I have two kids, and they were willing to help me work around that. They picked up the car and dropped it off at my place of residence. I've used them twice so far and both times have been very good.

FLAWLESS Outstanding work and outstanding management to compliment it! I have been using San Diego Auto Body and paint for over 3 years. They have repaired over $19,000 in damage on my 2012 Mustang that took 4 Car show trophies after the work had been performed. Diamond Auto Body & Paint is fantastic Diamond Auto Body is fantastic! I cannot emphasize enough how thrilled I am with their work. I had a minor fender bender, but because Honda makes their bumpers out of plastic, I needed to get a new one. I dropped the car off Monday morning, and not more than 30 hours later the job was done and my car is back to beautiful. I had originally I had originally intended to take my truck to another body shop and am very glad I didn't. I went online and read some great reviews about San Diego Auto Body and decided that based on what I had read, it was the shop for me. I have a 97' 4Runner that is my pride.
This is the best This is the best auto body shop in the county of San Diego. I wasn't going through my insurance and planned to pay out of pocket. They gave me a competitive and fair quote, lower than the other body shops I went to. The work on my car was fast, done in less than a week, sooner than anticipated, and what a beautiful job!! My car looks brand new again My brand new 2013 Honda accord got rear ended by another car, and after 2 weeks at San Diego auto body and paint my car looks brand new again. This place is definitely 5 stars. I was impressed from beginning to end. The staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this body shop.

I had some "I had some scrapes on the side of my car that I wanted repaired. I called San Diego Auto Body on a Saturday, and they were able to see me right away. They gave me a quote on the spot, which was very close to the final cost. They provided me with a very accurate timeline for the work, as well. San Diego Auto Body did an excellent job with the repairs--the car looks great. They also found me a great rental car through the agency down the street that they are partnered with. They took good care of me."
