The intake director is highly unprofessional and lacks active listening skills. Someone fire this individual. Simply asking questions and said name individual was prepared to counter respond. San Diego ABA have been absolutely amazing for my youngest. Nick has been so helpful with all my questions and getting insurance compliant. Stephanie and Nick have been amazing helping my daughter and our family work through not only behavioral issues, but the chaos of life in COVID-19 and making sure our daughter is thriving. I could not recommend them enough, I am so thankful we were able to find them and can’t wait to see even more progress to come.
