I LOVE Dr. Habekost and the staff there. Everyone knows us by our two German Shepherds, Wynnie and Aegon and they always love playing with them when we come in. Dr. Habekost is very, very thorough with her exams and has helped us tremendously. Wynnie, my service dog, is always in great hands here and she always has little things pop up from her working all the time and she's always taken care of :) they even sent us a card signed but the everyone after our cat passed away and it had his paw print on it. My beloved Tabby, "Jake", of 13 years has developed Pancreatitis. With being in a tough spot right now financially, I was not able to get some of the more expensive diagnostic testing done earlier to perhaps have averted some of his current condition. However, I have to give a HUGE kudos to Dr. Agostoni who has saved me hundreds of dollars right now in getting the correct diagnosis and medication to make Jake more comfortable. We live in Dana Point but were temporarily staying with my parents in San Clemente when one of our cats mysteriously hurt his leg. We called several Vets, all of which said they were too busy and to bring him in the next day. SC Vet was the only one who, although they were really busy that day as well, took the potential severity of his injury into consideration, and told me to bring him in right away. This place is awesome! I found a dog outside my office and was planning on keeping him overnight until the shelter opened. I decided to take him to the vet to get scanned for a chip. Unfortunately he didn't have a chip but the girl working reassured me that he would be in good hands and they would work with the shelter to find his owner. I fell in love with the dog in just a few hours and didn't want to leave him but the girl working at the vet was so nice and reassuring I left feeling like I did the right thing.
