Living in San Clemente for 30 years I feel very blessed. Driving back and forth to work and around town I get to enjoy the most beautiful ocean & sunset views! Our downtown reminds me of Mayberry ( aging myself ) but there is always a friendly person to say hello or a bench to rest and enjoy the activities. My Wife and I spent a year and a half looking for the right home in San Clemente and with Sam Smith's patience and help, we found it. Sam Smith was the agent helping me get my house sold. We had allot of setbacks with buyers and he didn't let that stop him from going out of his way to get the job done.
