They made me an appointment at 11:45. Got to appointment at 11:58 . Was told to reschedule because counselors were out to lunch. Very unprofessional and not very good time management.
Horrible survive ! the front lady and 2 other ladies talked to me like if I was stupid and laughed at my baby girl needing formula after 1 year because how sensitive her stomach is to milk (recommended by her pediatrician). Rolled their eyes after defending my baby and over all made me feel uncomfortable. I loved this WIC but after this I’m scared to even go back after this horrible experience.
