My platinum ring guard band had cracked so I found San Carlos Jewelers online and brought it in for a repair. Shauna the owner discovered that it was actually cracked in two places and recommended that it be soldered in both places and that the band be rounded out as well. I went into this store yesterday wanting to look at this beautiful ring she had in the front. When I asked to see the ring Shauna was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She helped me figure out the size of the ring and how it fit my finger and was very patient with me. Never once did I feel pressured to buy something from her, like other stores can make you feel sometimes. She also shined and cleaned it for me without me even asking and it was even more beautiful!
