Excellent hometown gym! Well-maintained, conveniently located in shopping center, easy parking, family-run by authentic, personable people with excellent customer service! Glad I gave them a try and now a member.
If they have Faux News on their TVs they won't get my business.
Great atmosphere and staff. It’s a little on the smaller side and gets a little crowded with equipment, but I appreciate it because it means people aren’t just standing around in empty space, they are on a machine or out of the way. The front desk staff was always attentive and the $10 day pass was well worth it or the $30 for the week. Plenty of equipment and a sauna. I would definitely recommend.
