Phenomenal apartment community! Peaceful, clean and the office and maintenance staff are friendly and attentive.
I’ve lived here for two years and I’m genuinely sad leaving. The apartments are kept in great condition! Landscaping is done regularly, people for the most part pick up after their dogs, they paint the speed bumps often so you can’t miss them. The maintenance staff is some of the nicest I’ve ever met, and I’ve lived in many different apartments. I've lived at San Carlos Apartments for 3 years now and have had nothing but good experiences living here. The leasing staff have all been very helpful, friendly, and accommodating to make this apartment complex feel like home. Given the location of the complex and the updated amenities included, I've always felt that the rates were competitive here. I lived at San Carlos for about 2 years and I had great experience. You cannot beat the location in North Scottsdale. The leasing office manger and assistant managers were extremely welcoming and helpful. They were very understanding when I needed a friend to stay with me to assist with my elderly, very sick dog.
