First and foremost I would like to compliment the team at San Carlos, Savion and the Ashton Goodman family. This apartment is run by some absolutely amazing people and it was an honor knowing them! They were the best property management you could ever ask for. Pros: - Location is beautiful and easy to walk anywhere you need. You have to pay $325 a year for parking. You’re not guaranteed a parking spot, which means you could have no parking spot during busy weekends or events because someone else paid for it or took your spot. The apartment is not liable for any damage that happens to your car in the parking lot (another resident told me that their property was damaged). The storage space is very small. Very tiny closets. Nice place that's professionally managed.
Get ready for the least peaceful living experience of your life. The construction crew is constantly around making tons of noise while simultaneously failing to maintain the landscaping. Sávion is friendly and considerate until you sign the lease. I could go on.. just beware!
Great place to live - close by to the tram, some good food, and lively bar life. The apartment my partner and I stayed in was very nice too. Biggest things - there is NO dedicated parking which can really cause problems on weekends (plus you need to pay a big ol fee to the city to get a tag to park 24/7), single pane windows, little storage space, and not a lot of kitchen counter space (depends on what unit you get though as they all differ — older building).
