Like other tenants at San Capella, we are experiencing ant infestations, and the reason is that the management has cut back onsite property services due to budgetary constraints and when you confront them with this observation, they lie. These are the three areas that were never an inconvenience to the residents in the past but have been for about one year: 1) Lack of Maintenance staff who are working 3 Tempe Properties in the POD, San Capella, San Sonoma and San Paseo and the maintenance staff are disgusted and exhausted. Like other tenants at San Capella, we are experiencing ant infestations and the reason is that the management has cut back onsite property services. 1) Lack of Maintenance staff who are working 3 Tempe Properties and are exhausted. It takes a week or more to get routine maintenance issues addressed. 2) There is little if any onsite pest control spraying at any building on a routine basis which should be monthly or quarter spraying to eliminate ant infestations which are happening more frequently.
