I don't want to say that this is a bad place, but if you have expensive stuff, I don't advise on it. They are not very accommodating. And they don't take responsibility for their actions. It's my fault for staying, but last year I asked for this to be resolved.No one ever got back to me. I just want to try to move to a different storage unit. Hopefully someone calls me back this time
Have used for long term storage.Staff is friendly and helpful. Area is clean
Stay away from this place, If you want text messages, if you want everything showing how this place if you walk away from a unit, they will hold it for up to three years and not do auctions. They say oh we don’t have enough places to do auction so we won’t do them so that they can keep charging you. They are never available. They lock you and dont inform you If there bank system messes up they charge you. I dont advise using them. They are not reasonable and very unfriendly
