Great patience with the staff and willing to understand a patient’s wants and needs.
Great friendly service
I had an appointment with Dr. Ha as a first time patient and was very disappointed. She pointed out a problem with my vision very brusquely and was impatient in providing me a clear explanation. I am quite worried about this issue but I will seek a different optometrist.
Very smooth and easy process. I came in for an eye exam and to get new glasses. Staff was super friendly. Dr. Ha was great and explained everything to me very clearly.
