They helped us in the purchase of the right size for our home. They even told us when the floor models would go on sale which was a great savings. They arranged for Doug an installer that they use to come out and measure. He called less then a week later and had a welder name Ron also came out and the installation was done in just a few hours. Don't go anywhere else! I went here to get a gas log burning set for my fireplace yesterday. They have a nice showroom and are soo helpful. Jon Hartman walked me through different vented gas fire logs sets and even saved me $$$ by showing I can install it myself. I went to some crappy fireplace store in Hemet last year **don't go there they are rude and mean**and left and went without a fireplace for a whole year and finally got mine up and running today!! Wonderful!!!! People are friendly, KNOWLEDGABLE and professional! We travelled from the High Desert area, bypassing the two fireplace stores in our area.
Great place with everything you need for your wood stove. If they don't have it, they can order it. Very friendly people with nice inventory. I will definitely be doing business with them again.
