If you get a county ihss nurse name Dorothy she is rude and unprofessional and unorganized. Did not have any documents that I request to have a look at I did let her know she could look at my child's medical equipment and medication. She said, nope, I'm leaving. All I asked was to look at documents Supposedly my son's paramedical hours were rejected. So I asked to look at a copy. She did not have it. If I can give them a zero I would. Rude and unqualified social workers that flat out lie to you,incompetent leadership that does not call back, always can tell you what they can't do and tries to pass you off to 211. That's not the way to handle a type 2 diabetic with disability. Looking to pursue a lawsuit against them and the county.
