I went there because my appointment was cancelled ,or taken at Grove at Upland. At Upland they told me to go fasting for the Ultrasound. I told them I am diabetice I need to take my med.They said you can take it later. When I reached Upland they told me my appointment was at 9:30 at night,and not 9:30 a.m.Is it logical for a diabetice person to stay with no food or med.all day till night? Are you crazy? The receptionist was professional. They found my referral and doctor's order with no issue. I was called to the back within 15 minutes wait. After I changed into a gown, I waited another 15 minutes. I was out of there in 40 minutes after I checked in. I think that it is not too bad of a wait time. The facility was clean. I had read many adverse reviews about the wait time and the cleanliness of the place making me scared to come to the place. very nice place everyone was kind
Wait times are ridiculous! The lobby was extremely crowded not to mention untidy. There seemed to be miscommunication amongst staff as we saw a nurse accidentally give the wrong contrast to the wrong patient, with the patient taking a drink before the nursing staff realized it. It was not the best experience.
The personnel are very friendly and helpful.
They were precessional and made me as comfortable as possible for a really long test!
