I’ve really enjoyed living at San Bellara Apartments. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels like home. The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever any questions or concerns come up. Their responsiveness and dedication to residents truly make a difference. I had a very disappointing experience with San Bellara. I proactively informed management that I was in Alaska dealing with a restraining order situation and would be terminating my lease. Because I was unable to provide documentation within their requested timeframe (due to being out of state) I was threatened with eviction. Upon returning, I immediately provided the requested paperwork and confirmed my intention to move out. There were damages to the unit that occurred as a result of another individual. San Bellara is the aboslute WORST place I have ever lived and they have the most incompetent management. Try calling their corporate offices and see if anyone answers their phone. It has a long ways to go before they can be considered a premier luxury community. There are numerous problems that make living here far from ideal. I've lived here for about 4 months and it is a great complex. All the neighbors are quiet and respectful. The surrounding areas are also quiet and not too much traffic. They do a great job of keeping the common areas clean like the pool, gym and stairs and breezeways. The no smoking policy seems to be enforced here better than most complexes in Scottsdale and that is a refreshing change since now is the time everyone wants to open the windows/doors and enjoy the fresh air. I’ve stayed at both San Artes & San Bellara and both have been the best management I’ve ever had for any apartment. Monte H at the front desk is always incredibly responsive for anything I need, he can always help with anything!
