I’ve stayed at both San Artes & San Bellara and both have been the best management I’ve ever had for any apartment. Monte H at the front desk is always incredibly responsive for anything I need, he can always help with anything!
We don't have anything negative to say about San Bellara. We have been here 6 months now and everything has been great. Everything is very clean and well maintained with a nice pool area gym and community room. We have just recently met some of our very nice neighbors and look forward to meeting more. Bart the security guard does an exceptional job We always try to say hi when he makes his rounds. I would highly recommend San Bellara.
San Bellara in Scottsdale is an exceptional apartment community. The amenities are top tier with a great variety of upgraded floor plans featuring modern appliances, granite countertops, and oversized bedrooms. The pool area is excellent and the gym and clubhouse are well maintained and equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine, which adds to the overall experience. Would not recommend this place. Lots of ongoing issues and overall a very disappointing experience. Definitely look elsewhere. If you’re going to spend money on a lease, go somewhere where you actually have good amenities and the employees actually care about you. :)
Warning About at San Bellara apartment If you're considering renting at San Bellara, please be cautious about renting.We recently moved out after discovering black mold in the unit. This is a serious health concern, and despite raising the issue, it wasn't handled in a satisfactory way. I'm posting this to warn others, especially since I believe previous reviews mentioning similar issues may have been removed. I hope this helps someone make a more informed decision.
