If I can give a zero I would. NEVER GO THERE! Poor treatment, you barely see the doctor. Very poor communication. Nurses are not qualified and not caring at all. Especially one names Angeline Wijaya. Does not care about the patient AT ALL. When they know your insurance wouldn’t cover more days at the hospital, without any consultation, they will immediately stop all your medication. I was forced to go home even with high rate of WBC and infection. No after care at all.
Major discrepancies is SARH MRI Reports vs Grove Diagnostic & Loma Linda, directly resulting in a negative impact on my health, quality of life & ability to work. Dr was set to do disc replacement but after SARH imaging, he reversed course & claims it’s “chronic pain”. I am furious. Same thing Happened when I was inpatient & cervical MRI was done. Thankfully I went ahead with previously ordered Grove MRI that confirmed all previous MRIs not done at SARH. Example: 5 cervical MRIs back to 2019 all show reverse curvature of C-S... read more
Been sitting here for almost two hours with an appt. I made a month ago. Still sitting.
I went in for a thyroid biopsy and everyone was so nice and helpful. They have such a busy schedule and still seem to put a smile on their face. Betty and Dr Berry we’re the best.
"All agents are busy." I was #16 waiting on hold yesterday to schedule an xray.. After holding too long left my name but no call back today. Everyone is wonderful and nice but not enough phone staff. Phone staff are professional but who has that long to wait? Five minutes per call x 16 holding? Do the math management!
